KRK Properties
KRK Properties is a boutique real estate company based in Western Australia. They offer consultancy services for the purchase of investment properties in major Australian cities. KRK needed a website that took their brand to the next level and that makes it easy for users to search for properties and contact KRK for more information.
Solution
We took the existing KRK brand elements that had been used offline and built on these to create a highly professional, modern and approachable look and feel for the website.
The KRK website is integrated with a Content Management System which allows KRK to manage website content including property listings. Property listings are searchable by location, property type and keyword. Each property page has its own image gallery and Google Map.
The website is also integrated with Campaign Monitor, a powerful eMarketing tool used to manage subscribers and email campaigns. This included the design of an email template for KRK to use when sending email campaigns from Campaign Monitor.
Having little previous experience dealing with Content Management Systems and eMarketing tools, we created a bespoke step-by-step user manual for KRK and have provided a series of training sessions to guide them through the process of managing their new online assets.
The end result is a professional looking website and a powerful eCommunications solution that will continue to add value as the business grows in the years to come.
