Surface Media first began working with MitchelLake in 2003, designing the company's first online presence. Since that time the company has grown considerably and now has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart and San Fransisco.
In 2010, with a growing local and international audience and an increasingly competitive recruitment landscape, a redesign and development was requested. The objective: Position MitchelLake as a leading specialist recruitment agency on the global recruitment scene.
Solution
With internet search at the heart of all successful recruitment drives it made sense to rebuild the MitchelLake website from the ground up with SEO front of mind. Working closely with MitchelLake’s own in-house organic SEO guru, the design and development team have reconfigured the website to leverage job placement content to the maximum using best practice approaches to content tagging, RSS and job search.
The new site features online video, integrated job search and fully customised online job application.
